Production and delivery information

Most Foxy Printing products are made or personalised to order. Production time depends on the product, quantity, personalisation and seasonal demand.

Dispatch estimates

Check the product page and checkout for the delivery services available for your order. Orders containing several product types may be dispatched together when every item is ready.

Personalised orders

Production cannot begin until all required names, ages, photographs or wording have been supplied clearly. Missing information may delay dispatch.

Weekends and bank holidays

Orders placed late on Friday, during a weekend or on a bank holiday may not enter production until the next working day.

Delivery upgrades

Where upgraded delivery is available, it changes the carrier service after dispatch; it does not necessarily shorten the time required to manufacture a personalised item.
